Digitisation is one of the top current topics that people and companies are increasingly demanding. Change management no longer functions as a completed project. Digital transformation no longer stops but is an ongoing process. Increasingly, processes, service, communication and the entire corporate culture are being digitalized. Digital transformation requires constant change and extreme speed. Lifelong learning and collaborative work in agile structures supported by artificial intelligence becomes a matter of course. In addition to managers, companies today need leaders above all. 

Sustainable success is no longer possible without the willingness to change. The digital transformation requires lifelong learning and a new kind of leadership. I help you to adjust to the digital transformation and to set the appropriate course. The basis for this is to permanently change the existing patterns of thinking of the workforce and company management. Digital transformation is usually based on a new, open-minded corporate culture. You will be supported by me to develop this corporate culture. In recent years I have increasingly experienced that an initial impulse lecture makes people think and thus opens the door to willingness to change. 

In times of Business 4.0, marketing, communication and sales have changed dramatically and require a new quality of customer focus. Collaboration and worldwide networking in agile teams are the basis of future organizational forms.

New work usually requires new working environments. Old office and room structures are changing into activity-based workspaces. However, these are by no means standardized areas, but highly individual solutions tailored to your work organization and corporate culture. Together with me, you will develop strategies for your new working environments and, if necessary, be supported by my international network.

With methods and techniques individually adapted to you, or your company, you will master the challenges of digital transformation.

I am a workspace specialist, change coach and design thinker with more than 30 years of experience working with international teams in various industries in Europe and the USA.

I have held leading management positions in the office furniture industry and have been the owner of Headroom-Consult since 2009. On the basis of many years of active cooperation in the research project "Office-21" of the Fraunhofer IAO, I am concerned with the future of life and work.
